The My Council Services platform provides organisations with several functionalities. One of these is the Community module. This module allows organisations to configure various aspects of their system. The options available in the Community module are shown in the screenshot below:

People
- Add new customers or administrators to your system.
- Search for existing accounts on your system.
- Bulk import or update people/user information.
- Reconfigure people/user information.
- Deactivate, re-activate, or suspend user accounts.
- Add or remove access roles from administrator accounts.
- Erase any data submitted by user accounts, if requested.
- Deregister user accounts, thereby removing them from the system.
- Change passwords of user accounts.
- View information and transaction history of user accounts.
Organisation
- Add new companies and organisations to your system.
- Search for existing companies and organisations within your system.
- Bulk import or update information for companies and organisations.
- Reconfigure company and organisation information.
- Add new contacts, owners, contact details, and addresses associated with companies and organisations.
- Disable or delete companies and organisations.
Group
- Add new groups to your system.
- Search for existing groups within your system.
- Reconfigure group information, or even disable them.
- Add or remove users from groups, and change group contact details.
Address
- Search for any address held within the system.
- Add notes against specific addresses to inform other administrators.
- Determine if the address requires assisted waste collections.
- View the address against the waste calendar.
Temporary
- Add temporary interim addresses, for instances where addresses are not present in the system.
- Find and match the data of interim addresses with addresses on the system.
