The administrator can use the following steps to configure and display any notes or instructions for customers on the platform.
Configuration steps
- Go to Administration > Data > Accounts.
- Click on Add to create a new account or select an existing one to edit it.
- Fill out the fields as required.
- Enable "Display in portal" for the "create service note" and "view service note" fields.
- Add the relevant description for the "create service note" and "view service note" fields.
- Click on Save.
Once added by the administrator, this note will be displayed on the customer portal on the right-hand side under the account.
