How to add notes or supporting instructions for accounts used within the customer portal?

The administrator can use the following steps to configure and display any notes or instructions for customers on the platform.


Configuration steps 



  1. Go to Administration > Data > Accounts.

  2. Click on Add to create a new account or select an existing one to edit it.

  3. Fill out the fields as required.

  4. Enable "Display in portal" for the "create service note" and "view service note" fields.

  5. Add the relevant description for the "create service note" and "view service note" fields.

  6. Click on Save.

Once added by the administrator, this note will be displayed on the customer portal on the right-hand side under the account.
