How does Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) work on the system?

If "PUBLIC" is enabled, Anonymous/Guest Users will be able to view/use a system object.

If "CUSTOMER" is enabled, Registered Users will be able to view/use a system object.

If "USER" is enabled, Admin Users will be able to view/use this system object. If additional Access Roles have been configured, Admin Users will also need to have these assigned to their accounts in order to view/use a system object.

Role-based access control for catalogues and forms

CATALOGUE = Internal Forms

ACCESS LEVEL = User

ACCESS ROLES = Test Form

This Catalogue will be restricted to Admin Users only. Guests and Registered Customers will not be able to access this Catalogue, and will not be able to select any of the Forms within it.

Admin Users will also require the "Test Form" Access Role to be assigned to their account, otherwise, they will not be able to access this Catalogue, either.

FORM = Potholes

ACCESS LEVEL = Public, Customer, User

ACCESS ROLES = Super Administrator, Test Form

This Form is accessible to everyone. Admin Users, however, will need the "Super Administrator" and "Test Form" Access Roles assigned to their accounts, otherwise, they will not be able to access this Form.
