Service Requests that were submitted BEFORE the Form was moved to a different Catalogue will not appear in Service Desk when using the Search Filter.
You will need to search for a specific Service Request number from this Form in Service Desk in order to view it. You can also use the "Service Information" report in Analytics.
Service Requests that were submitted AFTER the Form was moved to a different Catalogue will appear as usual.
