There may be times when a Customer or Admin User will need to change their password. For Customers, the ability to change a password is available through the Customer Portal. For Admin Users, the ability to change a password is available through the Admin Portal.
Certain Admin Users should also have the ability to change Customer and User passwords via the Community Module. Please refer to the relevant documentation for further details.
A customer changing their password
There are two methods that a Customer can use to change their password. Please note that we recommend that they log out of their mobile device before changing their password.
- From the Customer Portal log in page, click on "Forgot Password". You will be asked to confirm your email address, and a "Reset Password" link will be sent. Follow the instructions provided in that email to complete the process.
- When in the Customer Portal, click on the Profile button to the top right, and then select the "Change Password" option. Follow the instructions provided on the next page to complete the process.
Changing an administrator password
There are two methods that an Admin User can use to change their password. Please note that we recommend that they log out of their mobile device before changing their password.
- From the Admin Portal login page, click on "Forgot Password". You will be asked to confirm your email address, and a "Reset Password" link will be sent. Follow the instructions provided in that email to complete the process.
- When in the Admin Portal, click on the Profile button to the top right, and then select the "Change Password" option. Follow the instructions provided on the next page to complete the process.
