Your platform can be accessed through three access points, depending on the type of user you obtain.
For guest access and customers
These Users can only access your system through the Customer Portal, where they view and interact with the options that your Organisation has configured. System URLs for the Live and Demo Customer Portals should be as follows, if applicable:
https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/
https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/demo
Administration users
These Users can access both the Customer Portal and the Admin Portal. The Admin Portal is where your Organisation can view and process all interactions with your Customers, and configure the system as required. System URLs for the Live and Demo Admin Portals should be as follows, if applicable:
https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/admin
https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/demo/admin
Mobile application
All users can access your system using the appropriate Mobile App, via their username. This will be available to download in the appropriate App Store for their device.
