How do I access the platform?

There are three ways to access your Organisation's MCS platform.


For Guests (Anonymous Users) and Customers (Registered accounts)


These Users can only access your system through the Customer Portal, where they can view and interact with the options and functionalities that your Organisation has configured. System URLs for the Live and Demo Customer Portals should be as follows, if applicable:


Live Customer Portal URL = https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com


Demo Customer Portal URL = https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/demo


For Administrators (Admin Users, staff members, etc)


These Users can access your system through the Customer Portal and the Admin Portal. The Admin Portal is where your Organisation can view and process Customer interactions, and configure the system as required. System URLs for the Live and Demo Admin Portals should be as follows, if applicable:


Live Admin Portal URL = https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/admin


Demo Admin Portal URL = https://yourorganisation.mycouncilservices.com/demo/admin


Mobile Application


All users can access your system using the appropriate Mobile App. This will be available to download in the appropriate App Store, depending on whether their device is Android or iOS.
