This article outlines the enhancements and further developments that form part of the v26.3 release, scheduled for deployment on live MCS systems on 1 August 2026.

Platform update	System	This release includes an update to the underlying application platform, delivering performance, stability and security improvements.	-
Customer Portal pages	Customer Portal	Pages in the Customer Portal now support HTML, allowing more flexibility when creating and formatting bespoke pages.	-
Governance documents	Committees	Updates to the layout of generated documents.	-
Customer notes	Customer Portal	Notes submitted through the Customer Portal are now handled using a dedicated note type, with support for configurable notifications.	-
Note notifications	Rules	The 'notify submitter' rule action will work with notes, so customers can be notified when an admin adds a note to their Service Request.	-
