Customer notes	Customer Portal	Notes submitted through the Customer Portal are now handled using a dedicated note type, with support for configurable notifications.	Guide
Note dynamic fields	Notes	Ability to use #TITLE# #FIRST_NAME# and #LAST_NAME# dynamic fields on a note.	Guide
Note notifications	Rules	The 'notify submitter' rule action will work with notes, so customers can be notified when an admin adds a note to their Service Request.	Guide
List / grid view	Customer Portal	Option to change Service tabs from a list view to a grid view on the customer portal.	-
Contact+ updates	Contact+	Further updates to the Contact+ module. This includes the validate customer and send emails functions.	-
Remove file after uploading	Component	Ability for a file to be removed from within the form after it has been uploaded on the customer portal.	-
Signature component design	Component	Enhancements to the Signature component on the customer portal, adding image upload and manual text entry options.	Guide
Non primary files in layouts	Print Layout	Updated non-primary file picker behaviour in print layouts so that PDF documents are appended, images are stored in the Images section, and file URLs are removed from the Question/Answer section.	Guide
AI Photo Validator	Component	Added a new AI Photo Validator component to customer forms. Customers can take or upload a photo, receive instant feedback on image quality, and retake or replace the image before submission. Approved photos are stored with the service request.	Guide
MobileOps draft confirmation	MobileOps	Added a confirmation message for Service Request and Task forms on MobileOps where the save for later functionality is used.	-
Change-only update changes	Address	Update to how we load DTF change-only update (COU) files to create temporary addresses.	-
My Reports page	Customer Portal	Updated design for the My Reports page on the Customer Portal.	Guide
KMBD collection download	KMBD	Added the ability to select specific appointments when downloading from the KMBD calendar, rather than downloading all appointments.	-
