Dashboard enhancements

This includes an additional option in Period list and a new tab called ‘Statistics’. 

• Please go to the Dashboard module
• An additional tab of ‘Statistics’ has been added besides Service, Owner, Priority, Submission
• It shows the regions – By form, days taken to close and by device for all the SRs as per the filter.

• Period has the following options-
  1. Today
  2. Yesterday
  3. This week
  4. Last week
  5. This month
  6. Last month
  7. This quarter
  8. Last quarter
  9. This 6 months
  10. Last 6 months (new)

• Owner – Under Owner tab, the chart is changed to a horizontal bar chart 

More button – On clicking the ‘More’ button, it will take the user to a report with the SR list alongside the search filters on the left which are carried over while navigating.

Explanation for period – If today’s date is 6^th March 2024, then

This 6 months: 6^th September 2023 to 6^th March 2024

Last 6 months: 6^th April 2023 to 6^th September 2023
