How to change task timing via service desk

Locate a SR with a task against it and click on the edit button in the tasks section.

Scroll down to the timings section.  This is where you will set your timings for the task. You have multiple options; you can choose to repeat the timing or select one off

You can also use the simple time 

capture which will take only the date into consideration, or you can use the advance which provides more options.

 

Let’s have a look at the what the advanced feature offers.

In the picture above you can see you can specify, start and end for planned, scheduled and actual start dates. If you are unsure of what the difference is between planned, scheduled and actual is, there is a question mark sign A question mark in a circle
