- Go to Administration -> Waste -> Communal
Click on the Import button.
3. Download the sample template.
4. Upload the updated CSV file and click on Submit.
5. If an error is shown next to a communal upload, then Delete that CSV file and upload again after updating the data.
6. All communal uploads will be available in the system after the nightly scheduler run.
Here are the steps for using Communal Points using file uploads :
- Load Relevant Waste Schedule: Ensure a relevant waste schedule for the communal collection point is loaded. This schedule must match the 'Type' column on the communal upload file. Set 'Primary' to '1' to denote this as a primary collection point.
- Load Communal Points: Once the waste schedule is in place, load the communal points into the system.
- Download Communal Point Codes: Use the 'Actions' button to download the generated communal point codes once they are successfully imported.
- Update Waste Schedule: After successfully loading the communal points, update any waste schedule that includes these points. Make sure to include the communal code and set 'Primary' to '0'.
