How to Update my Organisations Privacy Policy on Customer Portal

Go to Administration -> Self Service -> Terms and Conditions


Your screen should look similar to this:




Here, the Terms and Conditions are shown. Within this should be the privacy policy. Edit the privacy policy accordingly, and then click "Save" on the top right when you are happy with your changes.
