How do I add a Task Form to a Task for our Mobile Workers to complete?

The MCS platform provides organisations with a "Tasks" module. This allows organisations to configure and create internal Tasks for their agents and/or third party services to process.


 


What steps do I need to follow to add a Task Form to a Task for our Mobile Workers to complete?


Task Forms are added via Administration > Task > Type

The following screen will appear. Click  Add  to create a new Task Type, or click the  button next to an existing Task Type.

On the details page, specify a "Catalogue" and a "Form" that this Task type relates to.  Save  the changes.

When creating a Task (e.g. from the Tasks module), you can attach the Task to the "Type" you have configured. This will create a Task Form that is held against the Task, associated with the Catalogue and Form you configured against it.
