The Organisation module within Community has been enhanced.
1. Additional search parameters
The Organisation search contains two new search parameters: Industries and Owner.
Go to Community > Organisation, and click on
Admin Users can use the pre-populated list to select Industries and Owner as search criteria.
Note
The "Contact" parameters have been removed in order to make this an Organisation-specific search. The removed parameters are displayed below:
2. Search with Organisation number
The Administrator can search for an organisation using the unique Organisation number. This number is added by the platform once the Organisation is created.
Go to Community > Organisation and enter the number to search for the related Organisation.
3. New search result columns
The following columns have been added to the Organisation search results report:
Alias, Tax Number, Address, Organisation Number, Email, Phone, Owner
4. Download Organisation report
Admin Users can now download Organisation search reports as a CSV file.
Run a search, and click on > Export to download the file.
