How to configure customer profile alerts via contact centre

The user can configure an alert against the customer profile on the platform. There are three options available to choose from:


  1. Dangerous (Red)



  2. Warning (Orange)



  3. No issue (Green)



To set this alert:



  1. Go to Community -> people.



  2. Search for any customer and go to the profile page.



  3. Select any of the three options under the ‘Alert’ list.



  4. Save changes.



 




To view these changes in terms of colours,



  1. Go to contact centre.



  2. Search for a customer profile and select it.



  3. The customer name will appear in the coloured text based upon the alert.
