Knowledge article enhancement
‘Review Date’ and ‘Views’ are available for knowledge articles.
‘Views’ on knowledge articles
The administrator can check the number of views on knowledge articles-
- Go to Administration -> Knowledge -> Articles
- The last column ‘Views’ displays the number of times the article has been viewed.
- The ‘views’ count is also displayed in the Information column.
‘Review date’ on knowledge articles
The administrator can add and view the ‘Review date’ against knowledge articles-
- Go to Administration -> Knowledge -> Articles
- The column ‘Review date’ shows the last date set by the administrator to review the article. If the date has expired then it displays in
3. The user can view, add, or update the review date for the article in the article details page. 4. Select the date under ‘Review date’ and save changes.
Available options on the knowledge article details page.
The article details page is enhanced with options including-
- Go to Administration -> Knowledge -> Articles
- Select any article and go to the Article details page. On the right-hand side, the following options are displayed on the Information menu.
Article number: The unique article ID for each article.
Views: The number of times this article has been viewed from contact centre or service request
Status: The status of the article. Published, Draft, etc.
Keywords: Keywords that will assist in the search of the article .
Review date: Article review date.
View -> History: History of modifications to the article.
Add -> Document: It allows adding any document to the article.
Delete -> Document: It allows deleting any document from the article.
Note: The page will not display ‘Article number’ and ‘Views’ when the article creation is in process.
