How to provide admin access to change customers passwords

This guide will tell you how you can have the ability to change customers' passwords. 


Under the Community => 'People' is now enhanced as an Access Role.


Super Administrators can give access to the Change password feature by going into the Admin's profile.



  • Go to Community => People

  • Search Admin user and Edit

  • Click on Role button

  • Check the box to enable the 'Change password' access role.

  • Close the popup and save the changes.

  • Admin user must logout and login again to view the Change password by Admin button.


Note: This feature will work only to change the citizen's (end-user) password.
