This guide will tell you how you can have the ability to change customers' passwords.
Under the Community => 'People' is now enhanced as an Access Role.
Super Administrators can give access to the Change password feature by going into the Admin's profile.
- Go to Community => People
- Search Admin user and Edit
- Click on Role button
- Check the box to enable the 'Change password' access role.
- Close the popup and save the changes.
- Admin user must logout and login again to view the Change password by Admin button.
Note: This feature will work only to change the citizen's (end-user) password.
