How to add sub-items on a checkbox to a form

The dynamic forms allow adding sub-items on checkbox items enhancing the usability and user experience.

To add sub-items on a checkbox-

1. Go to Administration -> Forms Builder.


2. At the Item level, add the Checkbox as a plugin item on the page. Configure the answers and settings of the checkbox.


3. Now you can add sub-items to the Checkbox item.


4. The Checkbox sub-item itself can also be checkbox again

The end-users can see sub-items on checkbox as configured on service request forms on the web portal as well as on the mobile app.

Testing use case –

1. Configure the checkbox item and add sub-items


2. Configure different items as sub-items


3. Include a checkbox item under one of the sub-items


4. Raise a service request from mobile app, customer and admin portal to see that values are captured properly.
