How can I view "Further Information" on Contact Centre?

This guide will show you how you can view someones "Further Information" from Contact Centre.

1. Click onto Contact Centre

2. Select people and type in a users name

3. Click on the futher information button located under the view tab on the right hand side.

Below is the layout for further information. This layout includes a button under the view tab.
