How do I add travel information to a booking item?

You can add travel information to a booking item to inform customers about the route needed to get to the booking destination. This could just be directions, or to inform customers about ongoing issues (e.g. roadworks).


 


What steps do I need to follow to add travel information to a bookable item?


1. Go to Administration > Bookings and Appointments > Items. From here, you can view and edit existing bookable items. You can search for particular booking items, and use the filter button next to the search box to locate specific types of booking items.


2. Locate the relevant bookable item, and click on the edit button to configure it.


 


3. The following page will appear. Click on Add >  Travel Information  on the right side of the screen.


 


4. The following pop-up box will appear on the screen, where you can configure travel information. You can specify the travel Method this applies to (e.g. car, bus, train, etc), and the information itself.


5. Click on  Add  to finish.



 


6. On the booking item page, scroll down or click on "Travel Information" to view the information you have added.
