How do I use Short URLs for Forms?

The Short URL functionality enables Users to create a link directly to a Form, as well as allowing them to embed a Form on a website.

A Short URL can be enabled for a Form by going into the Form itself in Forms Builder, as shown below.

By doing so, scrolling down the Form Details page will lead you to the Short URL link, and the HTML Embed link for this Form.

You now have the ability to Hyperlink the Form, and/or embed the Form on a website. If you wish for Customers to login to the platform, simply tick the “Show Login Page” option.
