This article details configurations for a Contract Membership layout.
What steps do I need to follow to configure a contract membership layout?
01. Go into Administration > Branding > Layout >
02. The following will appear on the screen. Configure the layout as required, but make sure to set the Type to "Contract", and the Sub Type to "Membership Card". Most of the setup is done through the document you are using as a layout template (usually in Word Document .docx format).
03. Scroll down the page for further options. You can choose to attach files from a service request to this layout as well, when used in Service Desk. You can also generate a custom QR or bar code to be included in the layout as well - the content can include dynamic fields, including the contract ID. The logo of your organisation can also be placed in the layout.
4. Scroll back to the top and click
to apply the changes.5. Go into Administration > Contract > Template. Locate the relevant contract template with the membership contract.
Click on to edit the template.
6. Under the "General" region, set the "Membership layout" to the contract membership layout you configured.
Click on
to apply the changes.
