Why can I not see payment information in a service request?

Payment plugins must be set as "Primary = No" at item level within Forms Builder in order for the payment information to display against service requests.


When a user reaches a payment page within a service request, they need to click on a payment button. This will open a new tab that directs them to a payment provider.


Once the payment is completed, the user MUST return to the service request and click on "Next". This will save the payment information to our database.


If this is not done, the payment information will not be saved against the service request. Please ensure that your customers are aware of this. An easy way to do this is to add a HTML Text item to the payment page.
