How do I create Products?

01. To create a Product, go into the [Products] Module, and then select [Add] on the right side of the screen.

02. The following pop-up will appear. Enter all mandatory details, and then click on “Add”, or click on “Continue” to configure further details.

03. By clicking on [Continue], you will be brought to the following page.

04. If you scroll down the page, on the right hand side you will see the “Pricing” section. This is where you can configure Prices for your Product, for the purpose of integrating with your Payment portals. Select [Advance], and then click on [Add Advanced Pricing].

05. The following pop-up will appear, with several fields to configure:

1. Multiple = equals the number of items for the price

2. Price = equals the price for the number of items.  This will be used to calculate the price for the Product.

3. Amounts are = select either Tax inclusive (VAT included in the price) or Tax exclusive (VAT not included in the price).  If Tax is applicable select ‘Tax Rate’.  This will then calculate the VAT amount of the price. If there is no VAT, select a tax rate which is configured as 0%.

4. Minimum Quantity = equals minimum number of items selectable (e.g. 1)

5. Maximum Quantity = equals maximum number of items selectable (e.g. 10)

6. Description = this will appear on the plugin within the Form as the description

7.Fund Code = you will need to specify this according to your payment integration.

8.Fund name = you will need to specify this according to your payment integration.

9. Reference 1 = you will need to specify this according to your payment integration.

10. Reference 2 = you will need to specify this according to your payment integration.

11. Tax rate = you will need to specify the Tax %.  This will then calculate the net amount and vat amount for your payment integration.
