How do I configure the Products Plugin in a Form?

In order to set up Products with Payments, the appropriate Product Payment Plugin must be implemented at Form level.

Scroll down to the Plugin settings, and you will be presented with the following options:

“Dependent Item” allows you to pre-define which Products can appear within this Plugin, based on a Select List Item on a previous page.

You will have to select the appropriate Category and Sub-Category (optional) to restrict what Products can be used/selected within this Form. Any Products that you wish to be displayed must be moved from the left box to the right box.

The “maximum total quantity across all selected items” allows you to limit the number of Products that can be selected on the Form. For example, if a Customer wanted 3x Product A, and 2x Product B, but the “maximum total” field was set to 4, they will be informed that they are exceeding the maximum limit of Products allowed for this particular Form.

On the Form, the Product Plugin will appear as follows:

Any Product configured in the Plugin will display appropriately (if pricing is within specified date range). To add further Products, the Customer must click on “Add row”.

Dependent Item Configuration

To configure a Dependent Item, you will need to configure a Select List Item on a previous page to the Product Plugin. 

For each defined answer value, the corresponding Product Code will need to be entered into the Key value. If multiple Products are required, the Product Code can be separated using a comma    ( , ). Please note that there is a character restriction of 250 characters.
