How do I configure a Text Area or Display Text Item on a Form?

A Text Area appears as multiple lines, as opposed to the single line provided by Text Field. Text Area allows the submission of larger amounts of information (e.g. a reply to a subjective question).

Apart from this, it is very similar to Text Field, except that only String input will be accepted.

Display Text simply displays text in an Item, and cannot be changed by the Form submitter. This is useful in instances where you wish to inform the Form submitter about any additional pieces of information or context that will assist them in completing the Form as required.

Please note that Display Text cannot be formatted, and is limited to the configured system’s default font and size.
