Users can set the maximum character count for 'Text Area' to accept the input from the users on the form.
- Go to Administration -> Forms builder
- Add/edit the Item type —> Textarea
- The user can set the maximum character length on this item. For example, if it is set to 500, then the user can only up to 500 characters.
- Please note: The customer will not be able to add anything if configuration is set to less than 500 characters.
Note - It is optional to set the character count on Textarea. If it is not specified then the system will take 3750 as maximum length by default.
