Analytics for Self-Service Scanning

You can produce reports from the platform to aid with management information. 


These reports will include the number of scanned pages, by document type, by device (user), service area and interaction timings.


Operational steps


1. Go to Analytics > Service – Self-service Scanning


2. Select appropriate options to see the reports
