Why haven't I received a Push Notification?

The platform sends out Push Notifications to a User's device, not a User's account specifically. Please note that a notification will be sent out to ALL devices that are logged in to the account being notified, and that the recipient will need to permit the Mobile App to send them notifications in order for them to be received.


 


How do I check who has received the notification?


You can check the status of the Push Notifications via Administration > Notification > Send, and selecting the relevant Notification that has been configured and sent.


On the right side of the screen, you will see the following buttons:



Preview recipients
- This shows you who will receive the message.
Message history
 - The status of the notification.


Also, check the general Analytics for who has or hasn't received the Notification.


Click on [Message History] to view the recipients of the Notification. You can see whether or not the Notification has been sent when the system sent out the Notification, and the device type last used to log in to the recipient's account.
