A scheduled report enables the administrator to receive analytical reports via email periodically according to the schedule configured by the user. Users are able to pause their subscription, or unsubscribe from them, if required.
What steps do I need to follow to schedule and send Service Export reports?
Go into Analytics and select "Service Export Report". Click on
to begin.
Select the Catalogue and Form whose records are required for export, and select the duration of Days for which you need the records. Click the "Include today" box if you want the data to be inclusive of the present day's records.
In the "Schedule report" section, you can select a specific Layout for the report, otherwise stick with the default. Specify the period of time over which you need to keep receiving the report.
Select how often you need to receive the report, and the day(s) on which it should be emailed to you. Give the report email a subject, and include any necessary text in the body of the email.
Save the changes.
To view or edit existing scheduled reports, click on the
button. A list of all scheduled reports with the relevant details will appear.You can click on any report to see the details. Administrators can edit and make changes as required, and can deactivate reports that are no longer needed.
The process is similar for the Interactive Waste Report
Go into the Waste tab and select Action > Interactive Waste
Click on
to configure the scheduled report. Select the collection type, container type, route day, round number, and From/To dates.
In the schedule report section, select a layout or stick with the default. Select the dates specifying the period over which you need to keep receiving the report.
Select the repeat occurrence and day on which it should be emailed over. Enter the subject and body of the email. Save the changes to add this report for scheduled sending.
Note
The report will be emailed to the user in .xlxs file format.
How do I pause or unsubscribe myself from a scheduled report?
Go into My account > My Schedule
The following screen will appear, displaying which scheduled reports you are currently subscribed to.
Click on the button next to the relevant report.
The following pop-up will appear, showing you the details of the report you are subscribed to. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up.
Click
to unsubscribe yourself from the report. Click to stop receiving emails from the report until reactivated.
