How can I update the statuses of service requests when marking a profile as deceased?

Go to the Community tab and click on people. Click on the edit button to open the deceased persons profile:


 


 


Click on the profile status as shown below:


 


 


There is a option of deceased, click on this.


 


 


This will display all Service requests and contracts associated with the deceased. They can be closed form this screen. The status of deceased will remain against the profile of the person.
