The admin users can configure a retention policy at form level to ensure the data collected via service requests are available to view for a specified time duration.
- Go to Administration -> Forms builder.
- Select any form and go to the form details section.
- Enable the ‘Retention’ flag for the form.
4. Go to the Retention section and select the duration in terms of weeks, months, and/or years.
5. The service requests raised under this form category will be available in the system only for the specified time duration. The system will automatically delete the details thereafter.
Note: The data once deleted cannot be retrieved. It is advisable to select the retention policy carefully and set the period until which the SR records will be needed.
