Retention Policy on Forms

The admin users can configure a retention policy at form level to ensure the data collected via service requests are available to view for a specified time duration.


  1. Go to Administration -> Forms builder.
  2. Select any form and go to the form details section.
  3. Enable the ‘Retention’ flag for the form.



4. Go to the Retention section and select the duration in terms of weeks, months, and/or years. 


5. The service requests raised under this form category will be available in the system only for the specified time duration. The system will automatically delete the details thereafter.


 


Note: The data once deleted cannot be retrieved. It is advisable to select the retention policy carefully and set the period until which the SR records will be needed.
