How do I add media to a booking item?

You can add any additional files to a booking item that are relevant to the booking. This can include image files, document files, video files, audio files, etc - you can upload any type of file required.


 


What steps do I need to follow to add media to a bookable item?


1. Go to Administration > Bookings and Appointments > Items. From here, you can view and edit existing bookable items. You can search for particular booking items, and use the filter button next to the search box to locate specific types of booking items.


2. Locate the relevant bookable item, and click on the  button to configure it.



 


3. The following page will appear. Click on Add >  Media  on the right side of the screen.


Note that you can later click on Add >  Remove Media  to delete any files uploaded against this booking item.



 


4. The following pop-up box will appear on the screen, where you can add any type of file to the booking item. You will then need to upload the files in order to complete the process. 


5. Click on  upload to finish.


 


6. On the booking item page, scroll down or click on "Attachment" to view the files you have added.
