How do I use the Filter Search in Forms Builder?

Forms Builder is located in Administration -> Service Request and Case -> Forms Builder

Within Forms Builder, you will need to use the “Filters” section to select the Form components that you want to create or edit.

In the Filter section, you can configure a search by completing the fields as required, and selecting the appropriate boxes. You can search for content individually, or together.

Please note that if you are searching in multiple fields, you cannot break a link in the “chain", as this will render the search invalid. For example, you cannot search for a Catalogue and a Page without searching for the Form that connects them.

Clicking on a Catalogue, Form, Page, Region, or Item within the “Forms” section will bring up the relevant details on the right side of the screen.
