About this guide

What does this guide include?

The Interruption Card component creates a box that interrupts and informs submitters of information, and then gives the submitter options such as cancelling the form, continuing the form and more. This is only available on the V5 portal.

Configuration

How is the Interruption Component configured?

Go to Administration > Forms Builder, and then select the form you wish to use this component on. Next, create a new item where you want the component to go.

If you select 'Yes' to allow the submitter to continue with the form, then you can configure the following further actions:

1.) Go back - This will give two options to the user on the report submission, allowing them to go back to the previous page of the application;

a. Continue - Lets the user to continue with the next step in the form.
b. Go back to the application - Takes the user back to the previous page of the form.

2.) Cancel - This will give two options to the submitter on the form including prevention of going back to a previous page.

a. Continue -  Lets the user to continue with the next step in the form.
b. Cancel - Cancels the application and takes the user back to the home page
