Audit history for forms


Users can track changes made to forms by clicking on the history button within forms builder. The history includes the changes made, by whom, and the date/time.


 


Go to Administration -> Forms builder.


  1. Select/Create Catalogue and Form.
  2. Click on the History button at the top-right side to see up to date changes made to the form.



  1. History of changes can be viewed at Catalogue, Form, Page, and Item level. The screenshot below displays the history of the changes made at item level. The user can click on this to see further details of that particular change.


  1. The screenshot below displays the history at page level. 



Note: When creating or copying a form no information as to who and when the form was created is stored. This only applies to the editing or modifying of forms.
