If a customer is experiencing errors when querying the platforms' web-services to retrieve Service Request information, check that integration is enabled on the relevant catalogue.

This can be resolved via Administration -> Forms Builder, and configuring your Catalogues to enable Integration, and setting the Integration Profile to "Default".
