What are the components of a Form?

Every Form consists of the following components:


01. Form - a report Form which, when submitted, is known as a Service Request. This allows you to acquire the information required to support a business process. 



02. Page - contains content within a Form. There can be more than one page per Form. 



03. Region - separates content into a more logical format on a Page. There can be more than one Region per Page.



04. Items - the contents of the Form, where information can be entered. They are contained within Regions. 



05. Buttons - allow for navigation between Pages, and to perform other functions (e.g. Submit Form, Save for Later, etc). 



When viewed, the Form will look similar to the example below.
