Why do I have a white screen when I press print on a service request after configuring a template?

So you have completed all your set up, created a lovely new layout and when you press print you get a white blank page!


This will be due the fact the layout is not defined at the forms category level. To resolve this issue go to the administrator tab and open forms builder. Then find your form you was trying to print. Make sure you check ‘Category’ in the the show section. Then press go.


Click on the category icon which will present the category details, then set the layout. Save and then publish if necessary.
